"This is a proven school-wide approach to positive behaviour management which begins with the initial content delivery or training and is supported in its effectiveness via our guided practice model which involves onsite coaching, capacity building and consultancy where needed. We also educate your families".
Four Ways is a simple and highly beneficial behaviour management training program for teachers, education assistants, and school leaders.
Four Ways gives primary schools the knowledge, practical skills, resources and support to implement a consistent approach to behaviour support. It begins with a one-day course teaching four responses that guide behaviour and support emotional regulation in the moment, while building self-regulation and executive functioning over time. Coaching, consultancy and capacity building follow, developing a group of in-house champions who sustain the approach across the school.
Four Ways is built on a referenced evidence base of Australian and international research in self-regulation, emotion coaching, classroom management and school-wide behaviour support.
